The HU Music Dept. is pleased to host the District Winooski Valley Jazz Festival, Thursday and Friday, February 5th & 6th.

HS and MS Jazz Instrumentalists and Vocalists from 12 different schools will be rehearsing for two days, culminating in a public performance on Friday, Feb. 6 at 7pm in the HU Theater. Tickets are available at the door. Please feel free to contact HU Music with any questions. 882-1160

Harwood Union High School & Middle School

We have an outstanding music program and with the combination of support from music instructors, parents, grandparents, and other community members we will further insure the Music Department’s success.

Please consider helping out with fund-raising for ongoing department needs, as well as instrument lesson support. We raise additional funds with our annual fruit sale and snack sales during the concerts. If you are interested in helping out as a FOHM volunteer, please send an email to us and let us know.

We have a brand new Kawaii RX-7 on Stage!

The Harwood Board has funded the balance for the concert grand piano!

Thank you to all that have helped in any way over the past 2 years. Our fund-raising efforts along with the final help of the school board have made this new piano a reality.

This grand piano will be a wonderful enhancement for the Music Department and Theater for years to come!
